Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Step 3: Slice the clean potatoes into two, then place them into a resealable bag. Step 4: Add the seasonings, oil, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Shake the bag until well mixed. Step 5: Place a large frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Step 6: Add water and sausage, then cook for a few minutes until brown. Step 7: Remove the cooked sausage and set it aside to cool. Step 8: Add the cooled sausage inside the bag with the seasonings. Step 9: In the same pan, add butter and allow it to melt. Step 10: Add garlic and onions. Sauté for a few minutes until aromatic and soft. Remove from the heat.
