How can i cancel order on amazon

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If a cancellation request is submitted at this point, the seller should contact the buyer and inform him that the item has already been shipped. The buyer has the option to return the item for a refund. Find out all the details about returns and refunds here.

To cancel orders that aren't dispatched yet: Go to Your Orders. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items. Provide reasons for cancellation (optional) Click on Cancel Checked Items.

If you want to change or cancel your order, contact the merchant directly. If they have already processed a charge for the order, merchants can initiate refunds. Amazon Pay can't cancel or change an order on your behalf and can't refund you for purchases.
