How much developer do I use with argan oil?

One part hair color cream should be mixed with two parts developer. For medium-length hair, 1 oz. of hair color mixed with 2 oz. of developer for a total formula mixture of three oz. will be enough to get the right result.

How much hair color do you mix with developer?

The hair color and the developer are mixed in a certain ratio to form a tint mixture which is then applied to the hair. Mixing ratio is usually 1:1, 1:1.5 or 1:2 (for an extra strong lightening effect).

What does 1 part to 2 parts mean in hair color?

1 to two ration means for one part of toner you use 2 parts developer so one part toner is 1.4 in this case wouldn't you just multiply 1.4 with 2 and get 2.8?

How much developer do I use with 2 oz color?

A: Use ratio is two to one. For example, if you're using 2 ounces of color, use 4 ounces of developer.
