Show 5.0 out of 5 stars Good value for the brightness Super easy to install! Need a T20 torx bit for the two screws holding the light in place. Press the red tab to unlock the clip, and carefully pull the harness away from the existing light. Reverse the steps and done. I was able to change out the light in less than 5 mins. Rockauto, Autozone, O’rilley’s have these exact lights for almost $90. Great alternative for the price. Reviews with images

Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 20, 2022 This went on a Jeep that someone had Mickey Moused [TM] From the looks of it, the original had been LED, but, in any case, there was a different bulb socket just kind of wedged in there. There was a wad of aluminum foil and a wad of electrical tape. In any case, this fixed it right up! The windshield washer, which is built into it, worked just fine. Don't even want to know how much a Chrysler original would have cost... Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 17, 2022 Super easy install... works perfect. Used oem red sprayer from my old non working light, but it came with a black one. Price for what I got was more than fair. Also includes new foam gasket material Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 28, 2022 As described and fitted my Jeep Grand Cherokee WKII. Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 6, 2021 Product works well but thin in plastic. Could be sturdier. Fit perfect on my 2006 Jeep Cherokee. Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 4, 2022 As info, does not fit a 2006 Jeep Commander Top reviews from other countries4.0 out of 5 stars Good LED light, not the sprinkler Reviewed in Canada 🇨🇦 on March 31, 2022 This is my 2nd one. Tube connector for sprinker is very fragile plastic, be very cafeul, you probably have 1-2 attemps to connect it before shattering it. It also seems that the sprinker tube connector breaks over the time/water pressure etc. Actually the shipper tells you to use the original OEM sprinkler connector which means they know of this problem. Price is good. In my opinion this product is still worth the $ but the water connector needs improvement. 1.0 out of 5 stars I installed the light but it doesn’t work. Reviewed in Canada 🇨🇦 on December 5, 2020 I have 12.6 volts on the circuit ignition on, brakes on. The light is a defect. I ordered a second one. I guess it is just my luck to get a bad one. When you have a third brake light that stopped working, there are a few possible problems to investigate. In this post, we’ll go over the most common causes of third brake light failure. We’ll also discuss what you can do to resolve the issue. 1. Blown FuseIf all three of your brake lights stopped working, a blown brake light fuse may be the problem. In that case, you don't need to replace the third brake light. To determine if the fuse is the issue, you need to check it. To do this:
2. Short CircuitSometimes the problem goes deeper than a blown fuse. The fuse may be fine, but there may be a short circuit in the electrical system. If you replace the fuse and it immediately blows again, there is a short in the brake light circuit. Usually this means that the car body or frame has worn through the insulation on the brake light wiring harness. When the bare wire make contact with the body or frame, the fuse blows. These can be challenging to find, but they are easy to fix. If you can't find the short, it may be best to bring your vehicle to a shop and have the professionals take care of it. 3. Burned Out BulbBrake light bulbs don't last forever. The longer you keep your car, the more likely you will deal with a burned out brake light bulb. The good news is this is a very easy fix. All you need to do is replace the bulb. To determine if the bulb is the reason your third brake light isn't working:
If you've determined that the bulb has gone bad, put in a new bulb. That should take care of the problem. Chances are the other brake light bulbs will burn out soon. To make it easier for your future self, replace all three bulbs at once. 4. Malfunctioning Brake Light SwitchImage Credit: kre57 The brake light switch is a basic two-wire switch that controls the brake light circuit in the brake system. You'll find the switch near the brake pedal. If you're not sure how to find it, consult the service manual. To test the brake light switch:
If the four tests above do not find the cause, then the problem is likely loose wiring within the brake light assembly. The wiring can come loose due to vibrations over time. If that's the case, you will need to replace the assembly. We carry genuine OEM third brake light assemblies for a variety of GM models. Find yours here!
