If u follow the forward most line on the passenger side of the tranny in the drawing, it appears to connect to the radiator at the upper connection when the line actually connects to the rad at the lower connection. There's only one way to be absolutely 1000% sure on tranny fluid flow.....disconnect a tranny fluid line and run the 2 into some kind of containers, start the motor and let it run for 4-5 seconds. One container will have fluid, one won't. The container that has fluid in it is the fluid line that exits the tranny and sends fluid to the rad to be cooled. 10-10-2011, 06:50 PMCF Veteran

Thanks for the image post -- it really helped to identify where the lines are that I'm trying to replace! Rebecca 06-25-2013, 11:33 AMCF Veteran

The cooled tranny fluid exits the top line on the rad and is returned thru the rear tube on the side of the tranny. Related TopicsThread Thread Starter Forum Replies Last Post
