The Fall and Spring semesters constitute an academic year. Beginning Fall 2019, the tuition rate applies to students taking 12-18 credit hours per semester. Students registered for more than 18 credits per semester will be charged at the current undergraduate per credit hour rate for each credit exceeding that limit. SEAS students may take up to 19 credits with no additional tuition charge.
*Prior to Fall 2020, Undergraduate tuition was fixed for up to 10 semesters, based on admit term, for students who maintained full-time enrollment.

Undergraduates registered for less than 12 credit hours in a semester are considered part time and are charged at the current undergraduate per credit rate.

Undergraduate Nursing
Students enrolled in the B.S. in Nursing program at the Virginia Science and Technology Campus have a fixed, total program cost. The program cost is determined by the semester and year entered into the program. The fixed, total program cost does not include fees.
