Yeah my skin improved so fast that I was shocked when I scrolled through the selfies I made before I started using the peel. I still got some vague scarring and a few pimples but I finally got my confidence back all because I followed the advice this sub gave me :')

Awesome results! I've been using the same product for about three weeks and am also starting to see some great results. First there was a lot of purging, but now my skin is clearing up very nicely. Pores are getting smaller, hyperpigmentation is fading and pimples are healing much faster. Love this product!!

How long did you purge from this and how often did you use the peel? I have now used x3 times (every sunday) and am breaking out badly ib my chin (normal spot) and just wondering when it will cease!

I use it once a week and I keep it on my face for ~10 minutes. Besides that I clean my face twice a day and I always apply sunscreen before going outside

Yeah it was mostly scarring(hyperpigmentation) that I had left on my face. I think that it helps a lot with getting rid of scarring but only time will tell for sure :) Also thanks for the compliment, I've never watched the walking dead but that Nick is a handsome dude for sure!

Congrats! Your skin is radiant!! This makes me feel so good bc I just started using the same peel 3 weeks ago (along with daily niacinamide + zinc, retinol, and azaleic suspension) and my skin just got past the brutal purge stage. I had a patch of cystic acne + cc's on my chin that erupted in nastyyy whiteheads for two weeks and have finally settled down into scarring mode. I'm on the hyper pigmentation point of the process now and it kinda kills my confidence. it's so much harder to cover up hp with makeup than plain zits :( I trust my skin will get past this soon enough.

Thanks I appreciate it! Yeah the hyperpigmentation can really be a confidence killer. I only went outdoors when I went to school or when it was dark outside, and I avoided my reflection like the plague😫 You shouldn't worry too much though, I've only been called out on my scars twice during that period and many people didn't seem to notice it too much. I didn't date any girls during that period either because I found my own face disgusting. I wish men wore makeup! some girls on youtube with acne do a really good job at covering it up.

I wish I could. My skin still needs some work and I have no models physique at all unfortunately. I've been working out since I've started using the peel though, so maybe I'll get scouted some day ;)

While scouring through customer reviews and best-sellers on any e-retailer is always a good way to figure out which beauty products you should spend your hard-earned cash on, we know you don’t have time to scroll through endless threads and message boards. Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%

This lightweight cream-gel hybrid feels nourishing like your favorite moisturizer, but according to Redditors, it does much more than just hydrate. “TO’s Azelaic Acid 10% is doing wonders for my skin, pretty much overnight! It’s a skin brightener that targets acne and acne scarring well,” says one fan of the gel-cream treatment.

Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution

This popular exfoliating toner kept popping up during my research process, and I totally understand why it’s such a go-to for nixing acne scars given the Glycolic Acid content. ” I use [the] Glycolic 7% toner daily, and alpha arbutin a couple times a week. The aha is pretty strong for me, so I use it maybe 2x a month. It’s a process but worth it,” says one Reddit user.

AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution

This is probably my absolute favorite product from the brand—and it appears that I’m not alone. One Redditor gushed “Really noticeable improvements after one use! It’s also less than $8 you’re not going to find anything for such a good price!” I totally agree, and good point about the jaw-dropping cheap price.

Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%

As one of my favorite brightening serums of all time (regardless of the budget-friendly price point), I wasn’t surprised by this product’s popularity. One loyal fan commented that “The niacinamide [serum] has faded my scars significantly! By far my favorite TO product so far.” I also find that it is a great brightening solution for sensitive skin types who don’t tolerate vitamin C skincare.

Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA

Arbutin works to reduce the look of dark spots and acne scarring because it helps to limit the production of excess melanin without causing further damage (and scarring, ironically enough) as popular anti-scarring ingredient, hydroquinone. “I have PIH around my mouth from cystic acne and using the niacinamide with the alpha arbutin has given me great results,” raves one acne-scar-sufferer.

Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres

Vitamin C multitasks to help improve so many skin concerns at once, including fading unwanted dark spots. The antioxidant “should be chosen according to the skin type and concentration, for daily use,” according to one Reddit user. This formula lightens lingering spots, and it also leaves skin ultra moisturized and plump thanks to its other powerhouse ingredient, hyaluronic acid.
