Pappadeaux texas redfish and lump crab

I used to frequent this location when I lived closer to it.  It still has a great staff and delicious food.  It was busy as always and I met my party at 6:30pm in the bar.  Enjoyed a great Bloody Mary. So much so that I had two!  We were seated promptly and immediately served water, menu's and their delicious fresh bread with softened butter.  Our server was named Tuesday and she was fabulous!  Well versed on the menu & the specials and gave us friendly, well-timed service.

We started out with the Oyster Duo and a dozen Blue Points on the half shell.  All were fresh and very tasty.  Then on to Andouille Sausage & Seafood Gumbo and a Garden Salad with creamy Creole dressing.   We finished off our meal with the Texas Redfish Ponchartrain with Dirty Rice and the Grilled Mediterranean Skewer.  I subbed the tomato & arugula barley salad for the Zuchini ribbons with the grilled dish at Tuesdays suggestion.  Yum...  I have to say that I am never unhappy when I come here. It is a little pricey, but... The serving sizes are large, the food is always fresh and tastes out of this world.  We loved every bite. It's worth it!
