If you cannot hear the app ringing, please ensure that the Ringer/Silent switch on the side of your iOS device is not enabled.

To adjust the volume of the ringer:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Then go to Sounds & Haptics
3. Under Ringer and Alerts
4. You can either adjust by sliding the volume up or you can turn on "Change with Buttons" which will allow you to adjust the ring volume while the Line2 app is ringing.

1: Toggle on/off – Ring/Silent Side switch

My iPhone not ringing! Sometimes side button Ring/Silent Switch is stuck, and a loose connection point in the switch arising problems with enabling it. So once, try to disable and enable this switch manually.

2. Volume is low: Use Volume up button for reset or change ringtone volume

First, enable the toggle for “Change with Buttons” from the steps given above. Unlock your iPhone, Go to home Screen > Use side button for makes the instant effect or change the level of ringtone volume.

Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Under the Ringer and Alerts, Enable the toggle “Change With Buttons“. also set the Volume level slider to maximum.

3. Hard Reboot or Reset

Download and install Latest iOS, Restore the old backup on iPhone. Follow restore iPhone.

Turn off Attention Aware Features

This setting will automatically adjust the behavior of your iPhone screen or Alert/Notification/Incoming Ringtone sound. Manage this setting under the Face ID & Passcode option on your iPhone’s settings.

1. Open the Settings app on iPhone > Scroll to Face ID & Passcode.
2. Scroll to the Option “Attention Aware Features” toggle and Disable the toggle.
   
3. That’s it.

iPhone will check for attention before dimming the display, expanding a notification when locked, or lowering the volume of some alerts.

Clean Speaker holes with the Soft toothbrush
