Posted by6 months ago Show Archived  Just wanted to share my experience. I originally tried using my 2% back reward certificate but didn't realize I couldn't use it for a self-checkout purchase. A friendly employee offered to suspend my order and check me out at a register, but I didn't want the hassle - figured I'd just use it next time. Of course over the course of the week it somehow disappeared (I'm really bad about throwing away clutter without double checking). I called Costco, wondering if I was out of luck, but fortunately they could confirm it was unused and would mail me another. But they also found 2 other unused certificates on my account and would combine all the balances to the one they were mailing. I feel silly that I evidently have lost 3 of these, but very excited for the upcoming shopping spree!
