The staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant to in-room dining were cooperative and humble. They are approachable and prompt to act to one's request. The room was clean and well maintained. Mar 06, 2022 My husband and me stayed in country inn for our 11th wedding anniversary. Here is a detailed review. Upon check in we were greeted by ms. Sudha from front desk who within 2mins completed our check in formalitiles, she also gave us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room on our request since we were celebrating our anniversary. Thanks to ms sudha. The rooms were spacious and very very clean with a beautiful view of the hills. We needed a change of towels and we had ms. Vidya from housekeeping who helped us out with it, the best part of her was her smile and very friendly talk, even the next day when we wanted a couple of things she went out of her way to help us out with it. A special note to mr. Shreenath who came to us individually to ask her how our stay was. On day 2 we went to the leaf spa, the aromatherapy was amazing given by ms divya and ms neha. Mr vicky was so kind to manage the spa appointments even though we made a last minute change. The spa therapy was amazing and so was the steam room. The rates of the spa therapy are nominal. Mr. Vinayak from the resturant was so kind to give us breakfast in bed and the breakfast was amazing. There is a very big spread of dishes ranging from eggs, dos-as on live counter and to indian breakfast too. The swimming pool is very clean. Truly we had an amazing stay. This is a 4 star property by radisson. The rooms are clean, all consumables are good. View from the 11th floor is also good but many construction sites in the vicinity may ruin it a bit. We had small dinner, tasted a couple of varieties of rice and had a breakfast. Nothing extra ordinary but nothing to complain about. On the down side, although we did enjoy the swimming pool on the 5th floor, the hygiene is at question. Loads of pigeons and their dirty terrace and smoking area completely ignored in cleaning was a disappointment. Spa on the other had was a mixed bag experience. The staff is not at all knowledgeable about the stuff and steps but they ended up giving a really good massage, scrub and steam. Jul 31, 2022 I booked for a standard room but received a free upgrade. The view was good. The room was well maintained however the king sized bed was in fact two beds joined together. The bathroom was spacious. I noticed that there was mold growing on the roof of the bathroom right outside the shower. This needs to be taken care of right away as it goes against the safety standards. The buffet breakfast was decent. The staff was very polite. Housekeeping and other services were prompt. Aug 08, 2022 Hey all, we stayed at this hotel for around 4 days. Rooms were livable and decent but expectation was high at this price point. Foods were not tasty at all and was expensive too. The location of hotel is about 40km from mumbai. There is no street food, no local shops around 2km of this hotel. We stayed only as we had office meeting here. Hotels has swimming pool facility but it's open from 8am to 8pm only so we couldn't enjoy there.
