Upon arrival we noticed the property was covered in trash. The trash cans over flowed, there are cigarette butts everywhere and fly tape hanging from the stair wells. Our non smoking room was clearly filled with smoke. People were obviously living in this hotel and it’s not take care of. We didn’t stay. We asked for a full refund and to the property’s credit they gave it to us. It was clearly not what we had reserved.

This property is used to house the homeless. This was not disclosed on Orbitz or by the hotel when checking in. The room we were provided was next to a bunch of the homeless tenets. Once I saw where my room was I drove back to the service desk and asked for a refund. I did not feel safe staying at this hotel. This property should not be on Orbitz it is not safe to stay there. Very disappointed.

This place was so dirty outside, in the halls, the stairs were sticky and looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. The rooms were small and felt not so clean, as well. Would not recommend and felt unsafe to sleep there.

Our housekeeper at Best Western was very pleasant and professional. Also, I was well taken care of when my rooms were going to be on third floor and I said I couldn't due to disability and the stairs. They gladly sent me nextdoor to Best Western to accommodate me and my family on first floor. I was very impressed and happy.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. It was not advertised that this hotel is now being used to house the homeless. There was trash piled everywhere. Every room smelled of cigarettes. There were people running around all hours and police present. The "hot tub" was filthy and unusable. The "breakfast" they advertised was packaged cereal and milk. We let for another hotel after 1 night.

There was trash everywhere around the property (on the stair wells, outside of people's rooms). Sketchy dudes hanging out in the parking lot. Smell of weed in the room. We checked out 15 minutes after checking in

Very dirty. Trash in the hall ways, not even bags of trash just straight up trash piles. Bugs crawls inside the room in the wall. Used masks on the floor in room. Water wouldn’t turn on in room. Smelled like cigarettes in room. No elevators. I could not stay in the room and had to leave the premises, that’s how disgusting it was.

Very raggedy, extremely tiny room. No light by bathroom mirror, stains on sheet cover / unclean room in general.

Family with small children

I was really hoping for a relaxing stay with my family, but this place was a nightmare. We checked out faster than we checked in! According to other reviews on travel sites, it's a transitional housing site for homeless people waiting to get section 8. I'm all for helping people better there lives, but maybe they could pick up after themselves at least. There was garbage everywhere, over flowing from the cans and bags on the ground next to them. There was food cartons all over the place outside of rooms as well, and on the ground in common areas. Our door had something stuffed in the lock, not sure what that was about either, and the windows looked like they've never been cleaned. The icing on the cake was the broke down car in the parking lot with sketchy people doing God knows what inside of it. It looks as if they're living in it, and not something I want to see for the money we're spending. The lady outside screaming profanity at herself didn't make us feel safe with a small child either. I could imagine this taking place at a motel 6 or something, but this place has "The Raddison" attached to the name, so we expected much better! I don't care. How close to the beach it is, my family's safety comes first!
