"Conflict with check in." Overall Score2.0/ 5 Hotel claims they were not paid for my prepaid reservation. They wanted me to give them a credit card which I would not allow them to charge me a second time for the room. Conflict was unsettling even when I showed them my confirmation. finally got a room but neither my daughter or were comfortable staying there. We returned the key to the room and left.
