This easy smothered chicken breast was inspired by a restaurant I used to go to called Montana Mikes. They had what was called the Mountain Topper Chicken and it was my FAVORITE! My version is made on the Blackstone because it’s my favorite way to cook many of our dishes. How To Make Loaded Chicken BreastStep 1: Cook the chickenStart by heating the Blackstone to medium-high heat. Once hot, melt butter on the griddle. Add thin pieces of chicken and cook for 7 minutes then turn. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the chicken reaches 160 degrees F. Golden sear on chicken breasts!Step 2: Cook the baconWhile the chicken is cooking, begin cooking the bacon. Cook until crispy and set aside until the chicken is done. Step 3: Cook the mushroomsWhile the bacon is cooking, add some more butter to the Blackstone and add mushrooms. Flip as needed until they reach the desire texture, about 10 minutes. Mix together mushrooms and onions once cooked.Step 4: Put it all togetherOnce the chicken is done, add honey mustard to the chicken. Add the bacon and mushrooms.
