by Apr 05, 2010 Great Cookbook!I needed a good "Heart Healthy" cookbook and this one was just what the doctor ordered! The recipes have what I would call "normal" ingredients. Very few of the quickly selected recipes needed to have items added to the grocery list! This is the kind of cookbook I enjoy. Low-Fat, Low-Cholesterol Cookbook by AHAVery good book. I have cooked many recipes from it and so far they are all healthy and delicious. I have actually lost weight and had quality eating.
