Rated 1 out of 5 by Disingenous from Missing Parts Not a very steady bench, wobbly. Once you put it together, it hard to take apart. Equipment like this should be purchased in person but due to the pandemic, everybody is shopping online for convenience.

I had very high hopes at such a successful company but they obviously don’t care about their customers or fulfilling orders timely. Have been waiting for an update for almost a month watching my strength and health deteriorate. Very sad

Box was ripped before arrival and came with missing weights and barbell, maybe even more stuff; didn’t even bother to put it together to see what more is missing. Ridiculous customer service! Told me to wait 4-5 days and they will call back, never did and item is out of stock.

I knew it would be a small/petite unit, but that's perfect, because I'm small. I'm a 5'3", 112 pound woman. I've been working out for 7 years strong; however, during COVID CA gyms have been closed. I've been limited to bands, HIIT workouts, hula hooping and running, until now...this is a life saver for me. I feel like I got lucky. Can't beat this price! The package showed up undamaged, impressed with delivery! Kuddos to whomever finally got the delivery process right. The delivery man will run from your door, as in previous reviews - it's heavy - use a hand truck/dolly. Everything was in the box! Yay! I had my BF help me put it together and it took about 45 minutes. It works really well. It's not commercial grade, but it is decent and functional. Best bang for your buck, hands down, for PETITE people under 5' 5". SCORE! Thanks QVC!!!!!!

I called Qvc after giving it sufficient time to be delivered and I was told that they were out of the weight bench. No one texted, emailed or called me regarding this matter. I am very disappointed!

I should have listened to the warnings on the other reviews but if you need something cheap and quickly you can make it work. We will definitely upgrade later to a better one. On a side note the box came a hot mess (see images) I have no idea how something can get sent this way but clearly it looks like it was returned and then sent back out to me.
