Trader joes guilt free mac and cheese

This Trader Joe’s reduced guilt mac and cheese has the same good flavor of the regular version, just with what seems like a lot less cheese in it. If you love Trader Joe’s mac and cheese and are looking for something a tad healthier, this is a good option. It doesn’t really seem worth it though for less than a few hundred calories to sacrifice the super cheesiness of the regular mac and cheese. It’s nice that this is offered for people trying to be healthier, but if I’m going to eat mac and cheese, I’d just go with the regular one. It has significantly more cheese and is overall more satisfying. I’d say if you want something healthier you could go for the Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi or kale gnocchi…….…….

Reduced Guilt Mac and Cheese at Trader Joe’s

This reduced guilt mac and cheese still has a good taste to it, and it’s cheaper than the regular version, presumably because it has a lot less cheese. Does anyone regularly eat this version instead of the classic diner mac and cheese version? I know that Trader Joe’s has had gluten free mac and cheese at different times. They’ve also been introducing new mac and cheeses fairly regularly over the years, like the amazing Hatch Chile mac and cheese and the pepperoni pizza mac and cheese! What is everyone’s favorite Trader Joe’s mac and cheese version of all time?! I feel like there’s been a few that were discontinued that I loved, so refresh my memory if you remember some old ones!
