Sleepy Hollow Mobile Estates, Inc. Resident Owned Sleepy Hollow Mobile Estates, Inc. is a resident owned 55 and over community. The park became a resident owned cooperative in the fall of 2000, taking control of our own long range destiny. The park is home to 155 homes. Many of the residents are shareholders in the
cooperative (121), with the remainder renting their lots from SHME, Inc. Also owned by S.H.M.E. are two adjacent rental RV parks, Park 1 and Park 2.
