Pros:No kids! Reservations were not needed at any of the restaurants (except Japanese). Food was great.

Cons:No exterior bathroom door. Just a glass partition separating toilet/shower from sink area. No full length mirror. Just the mirror in the bathroom over the sink, with poor lighting. Needs more chairs by pool areas.

Pros:Food was delicious with lots of variety - that alone made it totally worth the visit. Drinks were usually strong. The property is immaculately groomed and very walkable, plus there are lots of ramps to make it accessible to all. Staff were all friendly. The pools were beautiful and there was almost always a free lounge chair at the pool or beach where I wished to sit. Although most of the beach is on a boardwalk, there was also a small area of "real" beach where you could go in the sea if you wanted.

Cons:My husband and I were given a room with two double beds (not even queen size). When we requested a king bed, we were told none were available for the duration of our stay. However, later that day our two single friends arrived (who had booked through a different online site) and they were each given rooms with a single king bed. Also, one night we were without water in our room (sink/toilet/shower) from about midnight until 4:30a due to some renovation work and we were not alerted ahead of time (found out when trying to flush the toilet).

Pros:Grounds were fairly nice. Room seemed clean.

Cons:Pillows were horribly uncomfortable really almost comically bad pillows -- mak ing decent sleep impossible. My wake up call came an hour and a half early at 2 am! No hot water for shower. Ceiling super thin heard every footstep of upstairs neighbor. No view from room. Service was not great. Drinks weren't good and food was just okay.
