The look and finishes of the hotel seemed to be a level below what other Loews are like. The self park elevator call buttons on the second floor were not working our entire stay and the hotel never put up a sign advising guest and giving
an alternative. We had to find the stairs ourselves and the stairwell was in bad shape (not clean). Had only one transport vehicle so the wait for a drop off was long and sometimes non-existent. Hotel was over a mile away
