Decent art.. that it

Another regressor story, as usual, he was ridiculously powerful at death and somehow goes back in time and vows to do better, problem is that even when he is in his teenage body and is supposedly a weakling but all standards, he has a power that only he possesses (so far at least), a soul power, so even if he's in level 3-4 or whatever he can kill level 9s that at supposed to be the strongest in the country, this breaks the level system as PotatoHunter says, so why have it in the first place. It would have been better for the MC to start weaker and gain strength, do a time skip if needed.
Given that this pipsqueak can kill whoever he wants, he's goes around bossing and being an a**hole to everyone and is disturbing in general, he looks like a depraved guy with an obsession that likes to that seeks to control, denigrate or kill anyone that didn't favor him on his previous life (or he doesn't like) while being very indulgent with those who did, like his butler and master.
The art is not bad but I don't like it, the MC looks too feminine, there is a certain shoujo feel to it (the art-style) and it lacks detail and feels too bright at times for the type of story. The pace is ok, the dialogues are mostly the MC being unreasonable, so not it's strong point.
Overall, a cliche story, storytelling and world-building are more or less decent but its pulled down by an annoying and disagreeable MC.

it have very good story at earlier chapter is good. but after long episodes it becomes shorter and shorter, then starts bearing because of they cut it's episode on it's not supposed to be cutted. not worthy to bought this manhwa weekly. normally shounen, action, fantasy plot manhwa has more than 100 panels, but just 60th panels are meh...

It doesn't even matter the how big the tier magic difference between MC and other characters, he just undefeatable from day 1. Also the art doesn't really fit with manwha, the atmosphere is just too bright.

Chapter 29

Art is good obviously.
Story is generic but good. Personally I hate stuff the is illogical and people doing stuff out of character without reason, This manhwa is still good so far.

This is a story about a powerful man who manage to overthrow a nation single-handedly in the name of revenge. But at the end of his life, he chose death and regress. Mc is your generic powerful know it all regressor. he believes that nobody could kill him except if he choose it himself, this is the reason for his arrogance and the way he acted despite he himself is somebody who is cunning. His realtion currently consist of a powerful loyal but innocent mage butler, his talented but extremely naive sister, and a master of darks art who is a chibi for some reason.

So far most characters have simply not understand the extent of the mc power cause he chose to neither show-off nor hide his abilities. And all characters acted like how i expected them to behave given their personality. so.. so far so good
