Summary
People with supernatural powers called Talent suddenly appeared in the world.
Due to their appearance, the world's power balance was rearranged and it caused disputes in
various places including large countries.
Later on, the blood-stained battle which continued for 10 years called the World Talent Great War causing the world population to decrease to 20%, and due to a certain happening, it came to an end.
The 9 people… The greatest talent users called as Level 5 who reigned the world, signed a pact and segmented the world into 9 sections called Site
Those administrators ruled in the way they are not revealed to the public and decided that they would
let the unit called countries continue to be used for form's sake.
And the world map was redrawn due to the terrain changes and also the international treaty.
The war ends, and people start to regain their daily lives.

Went ahead and read some of the novel. The main character has a personality and backbone, the side characters are fairly unique and interesting, and their interactions with the main character are quite fun. It is a "magic battle school" story so it does contain its fair share of cliches and the antagonists are one dimensional so far. Overall I ended up liking this a lot more than I thought I would.

The story setting reminds me of a manga where the MC also has a useless ability, which allows him to produce a large amount of sticky, viscous, white liquid, and he tends to spray it on girls. From his hands, btw.

At least the op part of the ability isn’t shown right from the get go. Lets the characters get fleshed out and we can see what kind of moral values our MC has even while weak.

it's always a bad idea to make a simple misunderstanding as the whole premise of manga. it forces the author to repetitive corner, making characters behave certain way because of their intelligence etc.

Idk as the chick from the beginning said there are people who can literally change the topography of the world. MC has a lot of potential but I don't believe he's gonna be that OP
