Hello all,

I'm currently sitting on around $1,300 worth of Ebay gift cards, and looking for the best way to cash these out at face value or even a couple percent loss on face value would be acceptable.

I purchased these gift cards at Target, using my Red Card (debit) when I was facing a $2,000 Ebay purchase. Reason being, you can buy Ebay Gift Cards at target with a 5% discount using the Red Card -- so I was basically going for a 5% discount on my $2k purchase.
