3. Tap the green “+” symbol to add it to your Included Controls menu

If you no longer want the screen record button in your Control Center, you can easily remove it by returning Customize Controls and tapping the red “-” symbol.

Once you’ve located or added the screen record button in your Control Center, you’re ready to start recording!

1. Access your Control Center. Do this on your iPhone X or later by swiping down from the top right corner or on your iPhone 8 or earlier by swiping up. 
2. Tap the Record button.
3. A three-second countdown will begin to allow you time to navigate to the screen you would like to record. Once recording, the clock in your upper-left corner will turn red. (Note: A red bar will appear at the top of your screen for older iPhones.)
4. When you’re done recording, tap the red clock (or bar) at the top of your screen and then tap Stop. You can also open the Control Center and tap the Record button again.
