Mobile Connect is very easy to set up and to use. I set it up on my iPhone and on my iPad. With a few easy steps, you’re all set to print. I’m a 69-year old woman who obviously didn’t grow up with computers like the younger generation. If I can do it, so can you!

First printer as an adult

I haven’t ever old a printer. At the ripe age of 27 I bought one and didn’t realize how much stuff I needed to print and scan. The mobile app makes everything perfect you don’t even need to interact with anything on the printer itself. It’s pretty awesome

Can’t print anymore!!

I was able to print just fine the first few weeks then it suddenly would not allow me to print anything anymore. My husband is the only one that can print stuff. I deleted the app and redownloaded I’m hopes it was a glitch or something and after authenticating and doing all the steps I can am unable to print pics off the internet. The whole point of us getting the printer was so my kids and I could color throughout the day. Such a bummer!!
