How to check when to post on instagram

Look for the Audience section in your Instagram Insights to see the days and hours when your followers are most active. Just like for Facebook, experiment with a few times when your Instagram followers are most active.

Tap on “View insights,” and you'll be able to see the date and time the post was made. You'll also get data on how people interacted with the post.
