for a conference happening in Saratoga Springs. The circumstances necessitated that we ship our exhibitor booth materials to the hotel instead of the conference location, and the Hilton Garden Inn staff were super accommodating and helpful! One box was lost, but I don't think it was the fault of the Hilton Garden Inn staff -- they really tried their best! Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities For a Hilton Hotel it was pretty dirty. My windows had tons of spider webs, sheets had stains, and the bathroom was just dirty.
