HIGH ROLLER ANNOUNCES TWO NEW FRAC SAND MINES FOR THE PERMIAN BASIN

Midland, Texas: High Roller Sand announced today that construction is underway on two new, fully-automated, state-of-the-art hydraulic fracturing sand facilities. The Penwell plant (located east of Monahans) is projected to be operating at full capacity by year-end and will produce 1 MMTPY (million tons per year) of 100 mesh hydraulic fracturing sand. The 115 plant (located on HWY 115 north of Kermit and east of the dunes) will open in the first quarter of 2019, and will produce 4 MMTPY of 100 mesh and 40/70 mesh hydraulic fracturing sand at a 60:40 grade split.

Both plants will open with significant commitments from strategic partners – a mix of blue-chip E&P’s and Service companies.

High Roller Sand’s greatest advantage is expediency and efficiency resulting in reduced downtime owing to its locations, high speed automated truck-loadouts and passion for quality and excellent customer service.

These new mines are strategically located in proximity to key customer acreage, and it’s no coincidence that the mines are named for their locations. Low traffic ingress and egress to prime Delaware and Midland Basins will be an important competitive advantage for these plants.

“High Roller Sand was one of the first to enter the in-basin Permian sand market, and now we may be one of the last. Our strategic partners asked for more sand and more efficient logistics. Location is everything in the Permian, and with these 2 new mines we plan to deliver on our commitments. High Roller Sand’s goal is to always supply our customers efficiently with minimum downtime and at the lowest total cost. We always place safety first for our employees, customers and community,” stated Dave Frattaroli, Executive Vice President of Business Development, High Roller Sand.

Plant Features Advanced Technology and High Output Optimization Programs

Mission, KS – April 2019 – In just seven months, IAC has designed, built and commissioned the newest frac sand dry plant in the Permian Basin for High Roller Sand, an innovative leader in the frac sand industry. With dry processing capacity in excess of 4MMTPY the High Roller Sand 115 Plant is the most advanced yet, featuring revolutionary technology that will create and enhance sustainable high output.

IAC was charged with the task of providing High Roller Sand with an advanced plant capable of meeting and exceeding their core objectives of Quality, Consistency, and Reliability. Through the utilization of innovative equipment including IAC’s patented dual feed rotary dryer/cooler and the latest in remote monitoring and predictive modeling, the plant sets the standard for consistent, quality sand production.

High Roller Sand’s partnership with IAC extends beyond the commissioning of the plant to include IAC’s new Special OPS plant optimization program. High Roller Sand is utilizing IAC’s expertise in operating and optimizing output through a dedicated on-site team and a secure remote access feed of the systems and control points within the plant. IAC’s Special OPS team established operational metrics, monitors performance, and trains High Roller Sand staff.

“The construction and start-up of our new Kermit dry plant has been the smoothest to date. The knowledge and professionalism and integrity of the IAC team is second to none, as is their integrated approach to parts, equipment, engineering, and construction. These key EPC core values reduced build time without compromising quality” stated Luke Garrett, COO of High Roller Sand.

“We value High Roller Sand’s team as a true partner. Their ability to make decisions and move quickly allowed us to integrate change and optimization throughout the project. Their core focus on safety, technology and quality aligns with IAC core values. We are excited to extend our commitment to the success of High Roller through continued operational involvement with our Special OPS team to insure proper maintenance, training, and total plant optimization.” said IAC President Bob Carter.
