Why This Movie Can Live Forever
- Much like Avengers: Endgame, this is the ultimate finale of everything in the Harry Potter universe, serving as a culmination to the 8-movie saga.
- The movie avoids the formula of all the other movies in the series and instead of being set during a whole year it's set during a few days therefore making it more unique.
- Awesome visual effects, especially for the magic.
- Extremely awesome action sequence, especially the final battle between Harry Potter and Lord Voldemort.
- Magical score coming from Alexandre Desplat.
- Outstanding acting; especially from Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, and you guess it, Alan Rickman.
- David Yates gives a very unique and fantastic direction.
- Just like the 4th to 7th films, this movie is rated PG-13, and they still handled that perfectly.
- Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes) is not only an awesome villain, but he also had very serious character development.
- Very stunning and beautiful cinematography.
- Lots of memorable and touching flashback scenes.
- Without a doubt, the scene where Harry witnesses Snape's memories through the pensieve is extremely beautiful and emotional. It might just be the best scene in the saga.
- The iconic Hogwarts battle that's filled with intense action, extremely sad moments and even humor.
- We finally get to see lots of unexplained answers such as:
- Why Voldemort wants to kill Harry Potter
- Why Snape treated Harry Potter badly but still protected him
- They explain the connection between Harry and Voldemort
- Snape is at his best in this movie and gets a HUGE character redemption.
- The scene in his memories where he hugs Lily's dead body while baby Harry cries at the back is heartbreaking.
- Memorable dialogue, such as:
- "Only I can live forever."
- "Always."
- The ending is fantastic, where Harry, Ron and Hermione send their kids to the Hogwarts express and the final scene ends with them with the franchise's main theme; the best part is that the actors weren't replaced.
