only to discover that the restaurant we reserved is closed. We arrived after 3 pm and they wouldnt let us eat at any of the alacarte restaurants on our first day even though they were practically empty. Drinks are watered down and food was meh. had multiple stains on them, the phone wasn’t working, fridge didn’t work, lights kept going out, and the back door was left open and a lizard and moths were in room at arrival. I communicated issues and the staff repaired the phone and changed the sheets. The lights were going to be prepared after check out as they needed a part from the warehouse and the fridge was being switched after departure. Overall the food was not authentic at the restaurants, selections were limited and it was

partner Jul 21, 2022 The room description is somewhat misleading. Do not pay extra for a "beach side" suite thinking that it will have a view. It will not and you will be staring at mangroves your entire trip. The beach was at least 100 Meters from our "Beach side" suite. Be prepared to WALK. Restaurants are on different sides of the resort and buggy shuttles only circulate around certain areas and only
every 10 minutes. The food is average at best. My wife and I both got sick from the buffet (avoid the cheese and salami that has been sitting out there all day). The a-la-carte restaurant availability is laughable at best. Most of them are fully booked come dinner time. The food service hours are also very inconvenient for someone on vacation, and there is a room delivery charge for room service. The staff however, apart from some of the front desk service personnel, are friendly and very
courteous. The pools are nice and the outside atmosphere was nice as well. The room looked outdated but was okay. Overall, I would not stay here again. Stayed 5 nights in May 20222/5 Poor
