How often will I receive an insurance offer? Insurance offers are mailed every few months. In 2021, they will arrive in March, July, September and December. Who is eligible to receive these offers? We provide insurance offers to our members who have opted-in to receive marketing materials, have a savings, checking and/or credit card account with us, and are 18 years or older. What should I do with this offer?
What if I lost my offer? If you've misplaced your offer and would like to enroll for coverage, you can call the Franklin Madison Call Center at (877) 309-6576 and ask to enroll over the phone. I would like to stop receiving these mailings. What should I do?
