The Florida class G security license requires 28 Hours of classroom training by a licensed firearms instructor (K) at a licensed firearms school. How do I get a Florida D&G security license?Students must submit their security application along with a security D Course certificate, passport photo, and a livescan background check and a security d license application fee of $97.75 to the State of Florida. The security D license is valid for two (2) years and must be renewed before the expiration date.
