How long would i use the body pillow/ head support in the car seat asked on December 9, 2018 Showing 1-6 of 6 answers As for pir baby boy he came home from the hospital weighing 6 lbs 3 oz and 18in. A couple of days before he turned 3months i removed the body pillow. It is very cushioned and soft which was amazing wjen je was a newborn and it supported him very well.
