Q: Can you miss your period and test negative and still be pregnant?

If your period is very late, or youve skipped your period, and you get a negative result, you are unlikely to be pregnant. If you are testing before the date of your expected period, you may be pregnant but your hCG levels are too low for the test to detect.

Am on day 37 of my cycle and I've still have no period , I have no symptons of being pregnant .. Have I missed my period or could it still come? (Even no its never been this late :S :S HELPPP ..lol x

Have you done a test yet?

I'm on day 30 and waiting for AF to arrive as I don't really have any symptoms other than some spotting which is normal for me.

Day 30 for me too

Where is my AF? I have done a test and nothing .. BUT I am suffering all sorts of symptoms and have had various symptoms for about 3 weeks .. TMI ALERT: Gassy, huge bloating, upset tummy, sick feeling, tender boobs, lots of CM (both the wet & clear kind and snotty looking kind) stuffy headaches etc etc ..

Hope you guys get your BFP soon

I keep getting loads of the wet and clear kind...is that a symptom of pregnancy? I get occassional bloating but my boobs aren't sore this time.

Guess I just need to be patient and wait and see.

Hey ladies

Yes I did 2 pound shop test and both negative

.. Its a nightmare waiting on AF .. Nope I haven't no symptons either , but I did after I ovaluted which I had lower back pain and cramps like pain and I think my nipples were tender but not sure .. But now am so bloated and am constipated but when I do go I get these severe pains in my belly

.. Going to the health centre today and ill get tested then and there .. Ill keep you's all posted ..

This waiting around is driving me insane, I keep saying to my partner that I need to get tested and my period late .. His reply is your period is never on time and your being impaitent lol.. My period has never been this late and okay maybe a little impaitent but I'd rather know and if am not .. Where is my period

Hi emma,
I am trying to conceive, I have a 2yr old daughter and this time last year I had a MMC at 9weeks (found there was no heartbeat at 12week scan) this was October last year, we have been trying ever since and since Around April I have skipped 3 periods ( all different months and spread out) now 3/4 months ago I didn't come on my period but I had 3 days of spotting pink blood and when it came for my next period I was 3 weeks late for that.
I had my last period 21st sept last month and I was due on Monday just gone, but on Saturday I had that pink spotting again, I've been getting light cramps, headaches, lower back pain, sore boobs and feeling sick in evenings, this has been around a week.
I really want another baby however I don't let it run my life and I try not to think about it, so I don't think it's emotional. Has anyone ever had this? I knew it would take a oil while for my body to get back to normal but this is silly now. Please tell me if I'm normal or if I should be worried. I done a test ths afternoon was a no

I usually have a 28 day cycle, a/f arrived in day 40 this time around, very out of the ordinary for me, very heavy and painful too.
I had lots of pregnancy symptoms the past week aswell. Gutted.

, she told me to keep trying or give it a week and come back.. Its crazy stuff this , but in a werid way I know am pregnant and last night for the 1st time my partner mention about my boobs being more perkier lol.. Thanks ladies ! Ill keep you's posted again..

Sounds like me...im on day 47 now and its pretty unusual. All negative tests and no feelings of period arriving or being pregnant. Not happy as I go on holiday on Saturday

I'm on day 47 still no sign of AF, had spotting for a week/10 days around when due on, all BFN tests but I did an ovulation test yesterday due to some discharge & it was positive.... Very very confused. Booked doctors for 8th November when I'll be 8 weeks late!

I had this back in August, my periods are normally bang on 28 days but I got to day 54 and had nothing. I did 12 home tests and 3 of them had a very faint positive.day 58 my period came and my g.p said I had probably had a chemical pregnancy...gutted.

Hey ladies , back again .. I took af 2 days ago started off really light and today its been super heavy :(. And now I think its going away again .. :S ! When do I count ovaluting ? Am confused with this period .. 3 days lasting I'd say , .. Good luck to ya all and hope I catch it next time lol xx
