"I was mislead when making the reservation and still negotiating a refund."

This facility has a Telephone number to reach their "reservation department". It's nothing more than Expedia. Expedia assured me this was a pet friendly location only to arrive at 9:30PM to discover it is not and we were turned away. Expedia never identified themselves until it became an issue. My experience with Expedia has always been failure and had I known up front I would have not dealt with this facility. Never again.

Was a little disappointed in the breakfast offering. Although we understood why the buffet had to be closed due to COVID 19, the muffins and danish were miniscule.

My room was nice, but at the continental breakfast I discovered a hair in the scrambled egg slice that I was making a sandwich out of. I'm not sure if the hair came from the plate (taken from clean plate stack) or from the cooked food. The hair was definitely not mine.

We stayed in a king suite which was very spacious. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the sheets were extremely wrinkled. The toilet was not securely fastened to the floor, so when I used it it was rather disconcerting. The breakfast buffet was good and the hot waffles and sausage were delicious, but I missed having eggs. All in all a good experience and we will stay here again.

Conveinently located off interstate 95 on exit 20 in Lumberton, NC - an ideal half way stop-over point between NY and FL. All rates based on double occupancy.
