  Delivery and packaging perfect. When opened, the product was completely congealed and sticky. Not the consistency of the previous ones i've bought. No amount of shaking or anything else will change the consistency. Due to this it doesn't foam and just stays in lumps. Sorry to say this was a waste of money for me. I hope it's just a one-off and I've been unlucky.

  The cleanser was so thick it was difficult to squeeze it out of the tube. It did not foam and smelt bad. I have bought this cleanser many times in the past, from Clarins. It is normally creamy, goes into a lovely foam when applied to damp skin and has a pleasant smell. This was unusable and I will be returning it.
