Does Clairol Natural Instincts lighten hair?

Natural Instincts doesn't lighten so will act as another layer of color making it appear a bit darker.

Does Natural Instincts have bleach?

This does not lighten or bleach your hair, it goes on top of your natural hair color and I mainly use it to brighten up my natural color which is quite dull.

Does Natural Instincts wash out completely?

After 28 washes, it will mostly be washed out of your hair. There might still be a little trace of color difference from your original hair but not much. It's a little different each time and probably depends on the shapoo you use and how long you leave the coloring in when applying.
