Surrounding shopping area is fantastic. Parking validation system perfect. Any issues with the room or key was solved right away

I stayed here only one night. I would say the stay was overall good. The room was in decent shape. It wasn’t the cleanest of rooms but I wasn’t expecting spotless. There were a few hairs here and there, as well as spots on the sheets. That may be can’t seem to come after being washed. The only major complaint which there isn’t one is the toilet was leaking water or the shower. There was some sort of leaking water in the restroom so whenever I would use the restroom, there would be water on the floor that was pretty much it. The staff were nice enough. Lastly, with parking because you are inside of a plaza can be difficult during later business hours. So you might have to do a little bit of circling but honestly it’s not that big of a deal it’s like going to Costco. Just wait for someone to leave lol. Also, a tip is to validate your parking every time so you don’t have to pay.

Good hotel for a short stay staff is not too polite room I got had a couple blemishes drywall patching unpainted, shower shelve missing. The best part is you have a mall across the parking lot to do as much as you want restaurants, movies, jumping place for kids, Walmart etc.

Reception loss my sister driver's license. Reception ask for an Id for the pool towels and when we returned the towels they did not had the driver's license. How can you loose a driver license
