property conditions & facilities Xhale - nice room upgrade but our butler Miguel was all about taking care of anything. We messaged him for a few things and reservations at the Hibachi grill. His response was off the property and would relay the message. Never heard anthing for 3 days so we just care of everything ourselves. Our last day he was back and was trying to help. Food was ok. What you would expect for all inclusive. Hibachi was
good. We agreed to the sales presentation to get a free massage after the initial sales guy assured us the minimum time to attend was only 5 min. After listening the the sales pitch for 30 minutes, we said we were done. The salesman kept telling us how he was going to show us how to vacation with more benefits for less - the problem was he never got anywhere, just going around in circles. Been through dozens of these presentations and never not gotten to the numbers. We said we were done. Then
had to request our massage certificate. Had to get management invloved. We were there during the week, Monday through Sat. Pools were basically empty during the afternoons. No party. Very disappointing. Friday was a little better but nothing like expected. Stayed 5 nights in Oct 20224/5 Good
