"The Dance of Dragons" is the ninth and penultimate episode of the fifth season of HBO's medieval fantasy television series Game of Thrones. The 49th episode overall, "The Dance of Dragons" was written by the series' creators David Benioff and D. B.

Aegon III Targaryen (131 AC to 157 AC) He succeeded his uncle, Aegon II Targaryen, at the conclusion of the Dance of the Dragons, which saw the victorious supporters of his late mother Rhaenyra Targaryen install him on the throne.

The 1998 anthology Legends, which features the novella The Hedge Knight from the same universe, listed A Dance of Dragons as the third installment of a four-book series. Due to the size of the still-unfinished manuscript for A Feast for Crows, Martin and his publishers split the narrative into two books.

Release Date The estimated date is November 2023 which is a little over a year. It has been 11 years since the last novel, A Dance with Dragons and there is still one more novel after that. Martin is still working on the novel but it looks like he is on the tail end of the novel.
