Pretty much as the name implies, the 2nd row no longer folds. It will slide up fine, and it will decline to about a 45 degree angle, but on either side of our bench seats, they don't plop down. Done this a dozen times before just fine until tonight. Bought new 2 months ago... I assume it's covered under warranty, but before going that route is there something I'm missing, or anyone else have this issue?

The lever on the top of the seat releases it down to that 45 degree angle. To go all the way down after you've done that, pull the lever on the lower door side corner. There are two there, one for sliding the seat and the other to drop it flat.

It is a 2 lever system and has to be done in that order. It took me awhile to figure this out and I forget once in awhile too!

2021 Platinum... mine just stopped working on my drivers side about a month ago. Passenger side still works. I'm going to contact dealers and have them take a look when I go in for oil change.

Sorry if this has already been answered already elsewhere, but a quick search and a tiny bit of digging hasn't really come up with anything.

I haven't purchased anything yet, but was eyeing the following:

2022 Hybrid Limited AWD

• 12.3" w/ Bird's Eye

What I REALLY wish was available was a 2nd row bench so that I could seat up to a max of 8 if really needed. I'm also expecting my first kid June 2022 & would be really nice to place the carseat in the middle & have 2 seats on either side (in case one/both parents/in-laws are in town to help). I'm aware the XLE hybrid has the bench seat option & I could go with that, but I'd really like the bird's eye view camera + the heated front seats for the wife (which are conveniently not an option on the XLE).

I noticed the non-hybrid limited has the 2nd row bench option & was just curious why the hybrid conveniently left this out. I was just curious if anyone knows if it's possible to do the following assuming the dealer can't help me out:

• Assume that there's a non-hybrid limited w/ bench seat w/ graphite leather interior

• There's a hybrid limited with 2x captain's chairs in graphite leather interior

• Do a captain's chair swap w/ the bench from the non-hybrid limited

Located in the Seattle, WA area where the current "dealer markup" is ~5k & inventory is extremely limited.
