Description

The Omix Transfer Case Shift Cable Bushing is a direct replacement for the Wrangler JK and MK Compass. Located at the shifter end of the cable, this bushing helps to promote smooth shifting through the 4 wheel rive range. If you utilize your transfer case regularly, over time this bushing can wear down, leading to sloppy shifting and sometimes weak shifting where full engagement has not occurred, potentially damaging the case internals.

It's nice to be able to buy part of the cable instead of the whole shifter cable.

You may want to soak the bushing in hot water so it would be more pliable.
Have not purchased one yet, was considering buying a couple to keep on hand.
Isn’t plastic wonderful (lol).
